1. Informational and entertainment use

Matchups, schedules, point spreads, and related information displayed by PickSheet are provided for convenience, entertainment, and football-pool use. Nothing on PickSheet is financial, investment, legal, gambling, or professional betting advice.

2. Odds are snapshots, not guaranteed live lines

PickSheet reads point-spread information from Slate's stored data. A line can move at any time and may differ among sportsbooks, markets, locations, or data providers. Data can also be delayed, incomplete, unavailable, or wrong.

Each sheet displays a Printed timestamp and, when available, a separate Slate lines updated timestamp. The print time tells you when the page was generated; it does not mean that every displayed line was refreshed at that exact moment.

3. No guaranteed picks or outcomes

Checking a box on a PickSheet is solely the participant's choice. Past performance, a point spread, a favorite designation, or any information available through Slate does not guarantee the result of a game, pool, or wager.

4. No sportsbook or wagering transaction

PickSheet does not take bets, quote executable wagering prices, accept deposits, process gambling payments, settle wagers, or hold participant funds. If you choose to participate in gambling elsewhere, you are responsible for understanding and following all laws, age requirements, terms, and rules that apply to you.

5. Pool administrators are responsible for their rules

If you use a printed sheet for a pool, the pool administrator is responsible for defining deadlines, tie-breaking rules, scoring, entry requirements, prizes, cancellations, disputed selections, changed games, and any other pool rules. PickSheet does not administer or adjudicate those pools.

6. League and team affiliation

PickSheet and i8o8 are not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, or officially connected to the National Football League, its clubs, or their owners unless explicitly stated otherwise. NFL, club, and other third-party names and marks are the property of their respective owners and are used only to identify games and teams.

7. Slate relationship

PickSheet is a sister service designed to promote Slate. References and links to Slate are promotional references to an associated i8o8 service, not an independent third-party endorsement.
